McMenamins Edgefield -74 acres of adult adventure
TEN (10) bars and restaurants on campus, including The Black Rabbit, Jerry's Ice House, Lucky's Pool Hall, and pictured here - The Little Red Shed, the second smallest freestanding bar in Oregon
Two pristine par-3 golf courses:
12, or the more challenging, 20 holes.
Note: the 12 is closer to the bars but the 20 is serviced by a beer cart. You can rent clubs for $2. Balls are $1. (Non-Pro Tip: Get 4 balls)
Maybe the largest, but definitely
the coolest hot tub in the world!
Major Concert Venue
The outdoor amphitheater hosts national acts Ike: Stevie Wonder, Robert Plant, Willie Nelson, and Sheryl Crow, who plays after this year's Portland Century.
Over 100 guest rooms, suites, and hostel decorated with McMenamins' signature whimsy, and not one of them has a phone or a TV
....and so much more. There is a glass-blowing studio, a pottery shed, and a first-run movie theater. Sample wine in the Winery and spirits in The Distillery Bar. Preview dinner as you wander through the gardens, orchards and vineyards. There are a dozen fire pits (outdoors) anytime you need a rest. And indoors, all of the surfaces are covered with McMenamins fun and funky artworks...look for the faces on all the exposed pipe joints!
McMenamins Edgefield is like a playground for grown-ups.
